                  A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ADMINISTRATOR OF 
                  THE DEPARTMENT OF GENERAL SERVICES TO ENTER 
                  INTO A CONTRACT AMENDMENT WITH SIGNAL DESIGN 
                  GROUP, INC. RELATIVE TO THE ACOUSTICAL WINDOW 
                  TREATMENT SYSTEM AT THE BESSIE SMITH HALL, FOR 
                  AN INCREASE OF $8,475.50, FOR A FINAL AMOUNT 
                  NOT TO EXCEED $12,875.50.
                  
                  
                                                     
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Administrator of the Department 
       of General Services be and is hereby authorized to enter into a 
       Contract Amendment with Signal Design Group, Inc. relative to 
       their coordination and development of an acoustical window 
       treatment system at the Bessie Smith Hall, for an increase of 
       $8,475.50, for a final amount not to exceed $12,875.50.
